How Did I Get Started?
When I started training I ended up getting interested in following the sport of Bodybuilding at the competitive level. I started following Natural organizations such as WNBF, OCB & IFPA, other organizations like NPC and the IFBB.
People always valued my opinion and knowledge in regards to fitness in general, so they kept asking me for advice and I was always glad in helping people out, so, I started working with others and applying my knowledge and own experience in them, since then I have been quite successful in helping others reaching their fitness goals.
